Tuition and Fees

There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of Y200,000. The enrollment fee for Sora (Sky) Class is Y30,000. There is a minimum 3 hour rate.

The building maintenance fee is charged in monthly increments. (5,000 yen per
month) Beginning from August 25th, 2008, we will charge an application fee of 10,000yen per child for for new familes.


For children who currently attend Willowbrook, Sora (Sky) class is available at a
rate of Y1,500 per hour, with no enrollment fee.Tuition includes tax, costs for
snacks, insurance and annual yearbook.

The tuition system changed beginning with the 2007-2008 school year. Tuition is
now made in two payments instead of three.

The Tuition Payment Schedule is as follows for the regular sessions :

Sora class fees are billed on a monthly basis and payment for children who attend
 Willowbrook. Enrollment fee and tuition fees are paid directly to the school’s bank
account via bank transfer. Bank information is available upon request from the
school office. Tuition and Enrollment fees are not refundable under any
circumstances.
