The mission of Family Circle is to build a sense of community among Willowbrook families. It provides a link between parents and the teaching staff. Its objective is to create a welcoming place for all parents and students and to support various school initiatives. The Parent's Circle is divided into several groups.

The Willowbrook Branch Newsletter
The Willowbrook Branch is a school newsletter published monthly and distributed to all families and teachers. Its purpose is to inform families of upcoming school events, as well as, parenting tips, local outings, and cultural information.

The Parent's Activities Group
The Parent's Activities Group organizes social activities for the parents and teachers such as morning coffees, mom's night out, dad's night out, local shopping tours and movie night. Its purpose is to provide a relaxed, social environment for parents and teachers.

The Yearbook Group
The Yearbook Group creates the annual yearbook for Willowbrook International School.

The Scholastic Book Group
The Scholastic Book Group manages the book order club. Its purpose is to provide the Willowbrook community with age-appropriate English literature and software.

The Parent Education Group
The Parent Education Group coordinates parenting classes for the Willowbrook community. Its purpose is to manage a parenting resource center.

The Newcomer’s Group provides useful information about Willowbrook. Tokyo and life in Japan
