The Willowbrook teaching staff is committed to providing a warm, nurturing and caring environment for the children of Willowbrook. Teachers at Willowbrook work closely together to develop the curriculum units for each age-level classroom and to support continuity into the next age-level classroom.

A team consists of a Head Teacher and one or two Assistant Teachers for the classrooms. On a weekly basis, the entire teaching team meets with the Director and Administration to discuss philosophy, admissions, policies, curriculum and upcoming school events.

Flexibility, cultural sensitivity and an ability to work with others are essential to the Willowbrook teaching team.

Currently, we are looking for full-time lead teachers. Applicants must be native English speakers. Experience in an early childhood environment is preferred but not necessary. Must have teaching qualification for pre-K or early elementary.
